There is a 3.3 L and 3.9/4.5 L. The 3.3 L is considerably smaller but not used by most in swaps. The 3.9/4.5 L engine is the more common. The measurements can vary depending on equipment. I think it should if all is right. I have got a low of 19 mpg (a lot of off road) and a high of almost 30 (55-60 mpg flat ground).The general idea is either engine will fit and has been done. The 6bt engine alone will cost less and 4bts are getting more scarce. A well tuned 4bt would be more like you'd put a 454 big block in compared to the 6.2. Another con to them is the weight of them.
