Shows open takes to come here one hour and is closed.

Arco Ashton closed for good. So a trip to Trafford park needed. Checked online for address and opening hours. Saturday is morning only until 1pm, so I drove all the way over arriving at around 1045am to find gates locked and store closed. Not impressed!

I bought safety shoes here and the staff were very helpful with advice on different types of safety shoes. The Puma trainers have been great as my feet are not throbbing any more after working all day.

Went in to buy a pair of work boots. The counter staff were pleasant and said hello. I then went to the boot department where I was ignored for 30mins. The store assistant was so concerned with serving two other gents that he did not bother to even say " Sorry I will only be a minute". Then a man that arrived after me push in and got served and his issues dealt with and there was still no recognition from store assistant even though I had 3 pairs of boots in my hand I was waiting to try on. Shameful service. I put the boots back and on the way out the woman behind the counter asked if she could help but after half an hour enough was enough.

Outstanding customer service. A guy called Brian helped me source a lady's high viz coat. He went above and beyond to source as they had limited stock in branch. Brain kept me informed the whole time with regular call's. As my company pays for our PPE he arranged the payment between our office. He is a lovely guy well mannered he even gave me 2 sweet's winner. We need more Brian's in the world. Thank you.

ARCO Great New set up at new store, long standing customer.Got looked after very well last year in xmas Sales so have been back for new boots today and got nearly 10% discount almost automatically. When I need some more quality safety work kit , I know where to go first. Thank you Arco

Needed an item urgently and was promised next day delivery before 1pm (after paying a significant surcharge). Item did not arrive, no confirmation email was sent but ive still been charged. Now I need to spend my sunday searching for a shop which is open and stocks my item.
