Excellent service when the personal alarm for my vulnerable father stopped working because of storms. Call placed to call centre and an engineer came the following morning to replace the base unit and get things running again. Thank you so much. Very reassuring.

Useless.... Wanted urgently to order a pendant alarm for my mother who is 96, nobody could be bothered to call me back even agfter chasing. If this is the service you get up front, goodness knows how bad they will be in reponding to an emergency. Have now gone elsewhere, I would avoid this company completely.
