Very unhelpful,, experienced first hand racism here yesterday,, I visited yesterday to get an emergency accommodation as I am homeless,, where’s my human rights as a human, police were called to escort me outside as I wasn’t given priority I was told to live outside on the streets,, I am very upset with how the manager treated me Adeel, I don’t even know why I give 1 star this Bradford council doesn’t even deserve that,, the staff were very rude and didn’t help me at all.. I had every right to be given accommodation as every other person that walked that building

A visit to Britannia House was extraordinary because staff are friendly, busy, well-mannered and very logical. Megan Taylor works as a social worker there. It's a shame that I didn't see Jada Cooper in person at Britannia House. Otherwise, it was brilliant.

No one was waiting to be seen but a group conversation was going on amongst staff after 5minutes of waiting they turned pressed my number. Not impressed but the lady was helpful.

Service is very poor. Ive tried calling first thing 9am when they have just opened loads of times and still having to wait over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone and not very helpful at times. Always leaving custumers in waiting this is not fair hire more staff if you cant be asked doing your job

Seem to me that the staff in this place would rather sit and chat among there self's than doing what they are paid to do i sat waiting for over 15/20 minutes till they said ok your number will come soon #discusting for a government service

Don't think any of them are even trained right. Every single person I've come across in that building will give me completely different answers to my question. Think they're told to say whatever they can to get rid of people. Ridiculous.
