I think there are factors in picking the pads, if you have stock rotors and a lifted jeep w large diameter tires 33" up I would use a semi metallic pad due to the heat factor and weight of jeep the semi metallic will not warp rotors as easily as ceramic, if you have slotted or drilled rotors I would go with ceramic.
