I called in here today to drop some papers off. The security guards were rude and brash. I was instructed to use the "black telephone" to ring for someone to collect my papers. When I eventually got through, the lady on the line was full of her own importance and reluctant to come and see me. I informed her that I was as busy as she was, so she gave in and collected my papers for a couple of seconds before vanishing behind the sacred door. The notice on that door stated that no one would answer the door, if you knocked on it. Earlier that morning, I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone from the Court. She was polite and friendly and took time to explain what I needed to do. It is a shame that her colleagues let the side down. There are plenty of people needing jobs so if you cannot do it better, step aside and give someone else the opportunity.

Went here yesterday with family as witnesses, the staff from the security as you enter were polite and courteous, the court ushers we're amazing and pleasant surroundings.Made an unpleasant experience bearable.

Second time they give me time that they going to ring me with probation and still didn't received any call.they want us to be on time and do thing on time but they wasting my time and messing over..rubbish sistem
