bradford city council is a joke, my car is only 4 years old and the clear air zone (which has no clear sign saying private hire must pay a charge) then charged me. I randomly received letters about this days later. If you are a private hire my advice is do not visit this place. they need to get a life

Terrible, unreliable. It’s time they got a new chief executive. Bin collections are constantly being missed. For the amount of rates we are having to pay the service should be considerably better. No one answers the phone. No one responds to online issues. They are so badly managed. Eventually got sorted out but it took so much of my time.

Bradford Council are a joke and is hard to give a 5-star rating. The council tax has rocketed through the roof, and the only regular service we get is the wheelie bin service. But we don't get our streets gritted in winter, and we are locked in and left to our own devices. It's not good value for money at all. Customer service is none existent.

My bin wasn’t collected today, so I tried ringing Bradford council and I was on hold for 25 minutes then got disconnected. Tomorrow I will take my rubbish to the tip and empty it on the floor. I pay a hell of a lot of tax and the service is terrible.

Accidentally entered clean air zone, managed to avoid it on the way in to collect my son in an emergency, but entered it on the way back out for less than one mile, I didn't even realise you could pay to drive through it or I would have, appealed but got denied, the photo they sent me of the sign I passed was half-covered my a tree, what a joke, ill never enter Bradford again and will never spend a penny in Bradford again. How is it a clean air zone if you can pay to enter it?

How on search have this place got 2 stars is beyond my imagination. I want to know what business use my property is and I can't get a proper reply from council. Biggest scammers going around, anything to rob hard working men and women. They need to either hire people that are willing to help the public and not hire mongs from low class that pretends they have a job.

First visit to the city. I was send a letter to pay for clean air zone. I honestly never saw a sign. I now have a £120 fee for driving through the city of all about 30 minutes. First and last visit to your city. Thanks for the welcome!!!

tried to pay for CAZ but wouldnt let me i assumed it was free on a weekend or something, then got sent a fine tried to appeal it and heard nothing back and now i have a larger fine for not paying. city is a joke its biggest dive in england. if a nuke dropped on it it would look a lot nicer. run by clowns
