Twice asked for a copy of my case once by registered post and second by email waited 22weeks on each occasion absolutely nothing not even acknowledgement of receiving requests. Had been told they were rubbish, but didn’t think they could be that bad now I know.

Good service from the staff who were quite understanding. The judges consider a persons situation weighted against the law. The court tends to run on time and fair decisions are made. It’s just sad that not everyone can get the result they are seeking at court. From what I see if you bring all the proper paperwork then the process is straightforward, which is easier using professionals.

I would give this court ZERO stars if I could! The lack of organization and professionalism is truly concerning. After the hearing on the 4th, we are faced with a situation where the claimant is demanding payment from us without any official documentation explaining their win – it's like someone going shopping and then dragging their neighbor to small claims court for reimbursement, only to have the judge side with them! Justice can be quite ironic at times. The details about the amount owed and when it's due remain undisclosed, hinting that obtaining this vital information may take a significant amount of time. This delay poses challenges as we try to comply with the demands of the opposing party while questioning their honesty. As we seek guidance from the court, our disappointment deepens due to the inadequate communication practices observed during this ordeal. This whole experience has been unsatisfactory, casting doubts on whether true justice has been served. Suspicion lingers about possible irregularities at Dartford Court that warrant further investigation. We are considering escalating this matter to the European Court of Human Rights for resolution - I strongly recommend others in similar situations explore this option; it comes at no cost and ensures fairness prevails.

Judges are contributing towards the downfall of the UK- they cannot be bothered to review evidence. Security on the door (middle aged British Caucasian male with blue eyes, stubble and short mousy blonde hair failed a security breach also)

Dear Management, Please have some consideration for those going through the stressful time of a court trial and at least make contacting the court easier. Staff do not pick up the phone until I've been on hold for at least 30mins. This has been going on for 2 years. My important emails are ignored. The one response I did receive was completely irrelevant and the responder clearly did not read my email. Since then I've been ignored again. This is despicable, how am I suppose to resolve a dispute regarding the other party ignoring a court order when I can't even speak to the court? Please fix this

This court is criminal in its self!! So much for justice!!! So a furniture restorer - GM, took my furniture, broke it, never returned it and the court made me pay him £500. I still didn’t get my furniture back after all that. So the furniture restorer GM got £500 off me plus had £2,000 worth of furniture to sell on. How is that ok? Court ignores all correspondence. Mediation refused to help. I had it in writing that he broke my furniture too. The last 14 months of my life have been hell and the outcome mad. It’s theft!!! Where’s my furniture?!!!!

Attended a court hearing, having followed all the requirements. Judge awarded me a possession order against my tenant in 14 days. 13 days later still awaiting a letter to confirm this. Abysmal service. Staff in safe civil service jobs, too many holidays, sick days, training days, no idea what it is to work in a commercial world.

I only can confirm what other people said about this Court. If I could assess this without any star, I would, more than that I would maybe point 5 stars for cheating. My experience with this court was very traumatic. I am a nurse, working full time, having professional success and very good references since very many years. I also am a loving, caring, wonderful and loved mother, but after an unsuccessful marriage based on a horrific domestic abuse where my ex husband was the perpetrator, this court decided to take away the child from me, the child’s passport as well after a previous prohibited steps order not to leave the country with my own child. Imagine this: my own boy was from the very beginning blocked to leave with me or to visit his family and ever worse: the child was let to live with even the abuser indeed, the biological father, this having previous medical history of psychofarmaca prescriptions and a pathological unreasonable abusive behavior reported and documented by victim support. The way how this case was judged was absolutely unfair, cheating from all sides. A judge who takes away a child from a wonderful, positive, hard working, caring and loving mum and let him live with a destructive narzistic personality is wrong! People who have no idea about medicine but earn their money through lying and manipulating are dignity less. The case was discussed in several sittings, but even negative and contradictive Social Services reports and Cafcass evaluations where the father was arrested for assaults against the mother and a threat he would kill her by catching her on the through taking the breathing away, even than it was wrongly decided that the father should keep his part of custody. Not even scratches and hematomas on the child’s body done by father were enough proofs to evaluate and to turn the light on that this father is an aggressive personality who not even should be allowed to see the kid. Two Safe guarding raised by the Kent Police and GP against the father were ignored by the final custody decision in this Court. The most important result was that the child should live with father even if this father has a narcistic personality with severe behavior disturbances. This Court decided to document lies about the mum, cheating in this way in order to obtain a positive resolution for the father, de favorizing the mother. More than that, the father tries to use the child to illegally obtain money from the mother and blocks the mother to contact her son. What is this for an emotional abuse and a social disaster? I am not talking about the techniques used to film secretly the mother and the manipulations done in several occasions against the mother. It would take me several hours to describe this. One think, dear reader, believe me this court is not fair, not correct, and the justice done in here is a terrible manipulation and horrific unacceptable error! IN THIS COURT A CHILD REMAINED WITHOUT HIS LOVING MOTHER AND HIS MOTHER WITHOUT HIS MOST LOVED CHILD BECAUSE OF AN IDIOTIC JUDGEMENT. BOTHS LIVES ARE NOW DISTROYED BECAUSE OF YOUR SOCIAL CASTROFIC LAW!! DAMM YOU YOUR HONOR!!! I HOPE YOU WILL GET YOUR KARMA SOON FOR ALL INJUSTICES YOU HAVE BEEN DOING AND FOR ALL FALSITIES YOU MADE!
