I would recommend going for hollow infusions on your weapons and using carthus rouge to get more bleed build up. This is because at +10 hollow weapons provide 10 extra luck free of charge. Also, you can buff with rotten pine resin for poison build up on the bosses who are weak to it (Demon King, Gael, etc).PvE is pretty subjective. The Black Knight Sword is best against demons, whilst the Wolf Knight Greatsword comes out on top against abyssal creatures.
