Hi guys, I am having a bit of fun installing powered seats into my E46, taken from another E46. Mine never had powered seats before so there are some wiring to be added. I have got power to the seats, and the direction is all operational, however there is no memory function at the moment, so my question is; Is there a memory module somewhere in ...This is the OEM BMW heated seat switch wire harness connector out of a 2000 328i. When you do the job move the seat back to remove the two front 16mm bolts and then move it forward to remove the rear bolts. I am incline to think the replacement spring will sit in a similar manner unless the manufacturer says otherwise. I have attached a picture of the old strut assymbly before I changed the strut.
