Salem? Any fellow healers reading this please send love and light to this beautiful public space and all those who use it. I have spent many hours here over the past decade, Spiritual Growth Workshops (more fondly known as Playshops), Tai Chi, Crystal Meditation Group, a Laughter Workshop, a local Smallholders group, amongst others. The facilities are great, clean toilets, good kitchen facilities. We have been rather cold since the heating controls are locked but after today I am wondering if the ambient temperature was intentional. After today I feel it is imperative that anyone else booking with this kind of intention should be warned that they might have the same experience we have just suffered. Please don't mention anything related to Oracle Card reading. At the end of our group, during our meditation, (we were sending healing to those close and extending all around the world), the local Parish Church group began playing a flute outside, then playing inside while we were clearing up, before gathering to pray with the intention to clear the hall of the ungodly energy we were creating having purposely booked the hall to cut short our usual time slot. This had been told to one of our group members who lives in the village, we weren't just guessing. I have spoken to the vicar here a couple of years ago, he seemed so friendly and gracious, I am shellshocked. No wonder there are churches closing countrywide. This has left me rather disappointed in humanity's progress, and helped me understand why wars are started by religious beliefs, (I feel so disappointed in myself for feeling angry and persecuted) but mostly I feel so sad for the group's lack of understanding and compassion for our beliefs that are based in love and light and live to bring healing to anyone in need.
