Heavies have a couple better buffs, but are mostly worse and more expensive, and harder to keep speed equivalent to medium tank divs (current meta attackers), and you need to research heavies if you don’t start with them.My guess is that you didn’t make the light tank a support company tank in your tank designer and so it has no where to go.
