Kahr is striker fired with a long (but very smooth) DA trigger and polymer frame. The Sig has a hammer, a single action trigger, and an aluminum alloy frame. (The Kahr slide is more difficult to rack than the Sig, if that matters to you.)The sig produced a smaller group. The Kahr has a smooth, lighter, shorter trigger pull. The Sig is equally smooth, but a bit heavier and longer. The Sig tamed recoil better, but I think it is also an ounce or two heavier.
