Terrible, my ex-wife was able to bring a clearly false non-molestation case against me. The judge in our subsequent child custody case ordered that our children live with their mother despite stating the her allegations of domestic abuse would not be taken into consideration in the custody case (as they were plainly false), despite there being a history of physical abuse allegations made against my ex-wife by our son to the Police, despite our son not attending school while in his mothers care, despite my concern that she was abusing my son, and despite it being really clear in the school record etc. that I was a caring an nurturing parent. The order has led to a continuing nightmare, my son having recently missed over 75% of year 8, and a few weeks ago attempting to commit suicide in his mothers care.

At a court hearing.Absolute disgrace of a place. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever. When representing My.self. The judge doesn't take into consideration of your thoughts and feelings. It seemed like the other party's solicitor. Ganged up on me. Wasn't happy whatsoever. Do not use this Family Court.

Due for a court case here with five witnesses + interpreter : matter was listed here for ages and then at 3pm today pulled from the court because of lack of judges . What a shambles. Shocking waste of public money a major inconvenience to everybody. People should be warned well in advance so they can save money and so that other arrangements can be made. The system is broken and nobody seems to care.
