I had an appointment on 27 th of March 2025 at 08:40 am. After 5 minutes of waiting I requested for cancellation since I was supposed to go to work. The receptionist rebooked the appointment for May the 2nd and accused me of changing dates. After a while I received a phone call instructing me to come back to the surgery and pick up the blood test kit and to book for blood tests at Lincoln county hospital. If this was not enough I received a message saying "Dear Patient, the document you requested is ready to collect." I didn't not request for the blood test kit and my appointment for May the 2nd was cancelled.

If you’re offered an ultrasound here please reconsider where you have it done. The nurse and doctor are extremely rude and given the size of the surgery I doubt there are alternative staff. The nurse didn’t even bother saying hello before immediately by pointing out we were late and after we apologised and explained that we struggled to get there she continued to press the issue. My partner apologised three times explaining each time but the nurse still kept a scowl and continued to mention it. The doctor didn’t introduce himself or explain where he was going to touch before doing it and despite being a chaperone for the ultrasound I was told to sit in a corner of the room and then a curtain was put between us which does sort of defeat the purpose of having someone come in to make sure that you’re comfortable and nothing that shouldn’t happen happens. There was no goodbye only a scowl from the nurse as we left and the doctor returning to his desk. I don’t mind being treated neutrally but it seemed the minute we were late the nurse had it out for us and the doctor couldn’t seem to care less. We later watched that same nurse argue with another patient in the waiting room so I would say that unfortunately we got the preferable side of her which is saying something.

Can’t really fault them. As a health professional myself, I have came across some really poor surgeries. The Heath Surgery is doing what they can to meet patients needs but the village has grown massively within last few years and having just one surgery is not great. Too many patients and not enough staff. Apart from one miserable receptionist, I am happy with them.

*Failing due to poor administration* Unable to book an appointment since April, online and phone. New receptionist might be needed, last time I had an appointment I witnessed her ignore a ringing phone 4 times due to gossiping with other admin staff. Nurses/Medica Staff - Fantastic as always.

I am a new patient as my family is, I can not understand why we need to to to the surgery and need to fill up a paper to request regular medication! I am really upset with that as I need to look for someone else to stay in my home looking for my disable son and elderly mum. This is ridiculous 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️. My son only needs 3 different medications but my elderly mum needs 19 different medications and I will need to fill in the papers down every single month… and leave them with other person to go to the surgery and drop the paperwork👎 I could zero stars will be my personal opinion.

I haven't experienced the negative service posted by some. I feel fortunate not to have needed the surgery too often so far, but when I have needed it I must say I've had a really good service. Had a couple of health scares but both were dealt with 'very' quickly. Personally I feel the staff are really doing their best to provide their patients with excellent care.

I was under the Heath surgery for 23 years since I was a baby but got told they are off loading me because of my mental health issues which is not my fault. I never got the mental health support from my GP practice and the manager of the surgery Ozzy Ozturk is very rude and doesn’t care about you in person. So now I’ve got no GP practice when I was contacting them about a friendship loss upset I also booked my Covid jab before you took me off the list now you tell me I can’t have it with asthma but booked this in before you off loaded me I do not recommend the surgery for new patients because they don’t know how to deal with mental health issues and Dr Qureshi misdiagnosed my father with cancer so he died because he did not get the right treatment from him I will be taking further action now against the surgery Also when I was crossing the road in the village Ozzy put his foot down in his car deliberately and nearly hit me when I was crossing the road to the bus stop, police are investigating as Ozzy is not safe.
