Fairly decent public library that also has free WiFi. Hence the tables by the windows are quite often occupied by remote workers and students.

Nice library but there is a BIG ISSUES there is not a really separation from study zone and children zone Happen many time you try to study and kids run behind you and sometimes shouting … this is really annoying…

This library deserves a 5 star review for many reasons: 1. Excellent range of books, including current bestsellers. They are displayed well so if you are in a hurry you can just grab something from on of their recommendations that looks like it might be interesting (and usually it is). 2. The online services are really good, particularly the Libby App. 3. All of the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. 5. Story time, everyday except Sundays, is brilliant. All of the staff who run it put their own individual spin on it and show enthusiasm. This is a really popular, well attended event - especially on Saturdays

Went here every morning in one week to get free wifi access for remote working. Staff were helpful and wifi is fast. Although the main area is not designated as a quiet area I’m not sure you can do online meetings there as it is generally quiet and I feel bad for breaking the silence 😅 Offline group chats and one-on-one are still possible to be done there tho. The library has some learning labs for quiet areas that you can occupy as long as there are no events on that day (you could check the events on the pasted paper on the door). But these rooms don’t have many sockets. Pretty good book collections. There are also areas for children and computers but never used those.

Great place of learning. - Good selection of books, especially for children and even DVDs. - Varied Multimedia tools: PCs, Printers, TVs, whiteboards. - Study rooms and open spaces. - Clean and tidy. - Friendly staff. - They even have a bin for recycling small electronics. - Membership card gets you £1 entry at Tower of London. - Could do more events, but I see there are more planned.

Idea store Canary Wharf is our favourite store. Staff here is so great and makes all activities so engaging that just makes us come back here despite the fact we have moved a bit far. Appreciate everyone working here and management for creating such a positive atmosphere

My son enjoys the story time at CW idea store. The staff is very nice and the sessions are fun and playful. He has learnt from these classes and loves the story time and has enjoys book reading .
