You imagine 5* service when you go to a posh hotel or restaurant maybe but not when you get your fire panel serviced. That's exactly what I got though when I contacted Firefly. From the initial enquiry through to the engineer, Maison, attending site, nothing was too much trouble. I'm delighted to have found someone local who is knowledgeable and responsive at a great price.

Firefly Fire Protection Ltd came to visit us last Friday for Evac Chair training and their instructor, Aidan was brilliant. Very reasonably priced session which was very well delivered. Aidan was thorough, patient and very helpful with us all. We had certificates delivered literally within minutes. Great service. Thank you Firelfy!

I always use Fire Fly to service my fire extinguisher every year, I’ve used Fire Fly for the past 3yrs, excellent service and very reliable Great for Taxi drivers who carry fire extinguishers in their vehicles, and it’s cheaper to service than replacing one every year Thanks again Jay

Contacted firefly protection for pat test for a friend's shop. The company was fast at responding and confirmed the appointment on the day. They came out and did a great job and provided a certificate after the job was completed. We couldn't ask for a better service. A+ service, will use again very soon thanks.
