Try to avoid as much as you can... Waited 3 weeks for a replacement vehicle until I gave up using them for a claim. Very slow service; Andrew Spruin was the most unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful person I encountered.

You pay your insurance premiums every year and try your best not to be involved in any accidents but sometimes it happens and companies like this are ment to help you and guide you through the process as it is a stressful time. MSL though add double the stress I had a accident a week ago was told will get you a hire car but still waiting been ringing them and all they say is our systems are down we will ring u back or we will pass your message on to our fleet team and not even ringing back just been passed from pillar to post! I would give them zero stars if I could ! Stay away people and read your small print when getting insurance!

When I contacted msl about the accident, the initial part was excellent. However it took from Friday to 5.00pm Tuesday to receive my hire car. Thankfully I was reimbursed full loss of earnings. After 9 weeks i finally got my car back after waiting for a new back light, which incidentally is still on back order so the cracked light was refitted. Communication was fairly OK, although I did find I had to do some chasing up myself with the repair shop. Sometimes I felt like I was the fault party rather than the innocent party but I suppose that's how it is. I did have an issue with the hire car, but was told they would look at it once they get it back, which was 3 weeks later. I was told they would have to see if it was a fault with the car, or my fault This I did take a bit of offence to if I'm honest. They have dealt with all my other claims fairly well in general.

Used this company for many years without problems for car claims management. September 2023 needed their service to sort out a non fault claim (hit in rear by third party) they are really dragging their heels and their support did not seem intrested. After many months I contaced them to find out what was happening and they had closed my file with absolutly no correspondence and would need to contact my insurance company to sort their mess out. Would never use again and would advise you to steer clear of this Micky Mouse operation.

I used MSL when I had an accident. They arranged for a replacement vehicle for me whilst mine was off the road and the repairs went through one of their approved repairers called Cheadle Motors who did an absolutely brilliant job. The staff at MSL are knowledgeable, proactive and professional and I can't fault the service I received. Highly recommended.

The MSL team needs to receive refresher training on delivering for clients! Purchased policy for protection against inconvenience or unplanned event. Unexpected event occurred, making one's own insured vehicle undriveable. Requested a replacement vehicle whether licensed-plated or none-licensed plated, advised none available. Offered to seek alternative a standard vehicle from external source like enterprise, even this cost coverage is not provided by MSL. The unplanned incident to the insured vehicle has already caused enough stress and trouble, and MSL is making things worse by refusing to provide with even a minimal non-licensed replacement vehicle for family errands eg household shopping etc. The client believes that it defeats the entire purpose of acquiring the genuine coverage in the first place! More harm has been caused by MSL's failure to fulfil its obligations than by the hardship from unforeseen event!
