Absolutely Disgraceful and Unfair Treatment – Deeply Disappointed I have never experienced anything as outrageous and infuriating as what happened to me with this company. I was randomly stopped with no explanation, and my ID was taken under the pretext of a "routine check." My personal details—including name and address—were recorded without my consent or any valid reason given at the time. What followed was even more shocking: I was falsely accused of littering—something I did not do—and slapped with a completely unjust £180 fine. I protested and explained my innocence, but the officer refused to listen, talked over me, and treated me with disrespect. It felt like they had already made up their mind and were just looking for someone to pin it on. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was abusive and intimidating. I felt harassed, powerless, and unheard. If this is how they operate—targeting innocent people to meet some quota or profit off baseless fines—it’s absolutely disgusting. I am demanding this fine be reviewed and revoked. No one should be treated like a criminal for something they didn’t do. Shame on this company for allowing such unethical and predatory practices.

Anti social business. Extortionate fines for very minor offences. Predatory and bullying tactics to issue and collect fines. No way to escalate or speak to anyone about fines - I paid immediately then kept getting threatening final reminders with no way to escalate other than an overly simple bot on the website. Extremely poor customer service and unacceptable business processes and systems. Local councils can only be using this company to generate an additional revenue steam rather than improving local communities. Disgraceful all round and rather sad that our country allows/encourages this type of mercenary profit making.

This organisation is an absolute disgrace. The way that it runs with an intimidating bully tactic should be illegal. I had two thugs in uniforms come into my porch not knowing who they were looking for and taking photos of my mail, taking my name and address and accusing me of fly tipping on my road, something I have absolutely nothing to do with, and there is no evidence to support. There is no way of disputing other than an email address which does not respond. I can’t believe my taxes are funding organisations like this while they bully innocent people into paying huge sums of money for crimes they did not commit.

Caught one of their officers taking a amazon box out of the bins taking pictures of it and then putting it back into the bins. I will be sending this evidence to Haringey , disgrace of a company. This is FRAUD and I will be taking this to court and showing the judge as proof.

Their fake officer wannabe lied about giving me a letter just as a warning, just to give me fixed penalty for a slim filter tip, which I picked up, because there's 0 bins in radius of 70 meters . Lying scammers just doing this job to claim their 80% from fixed penalty.

Your team is making a false allegation on me, they stopped on the road and asked me to just check your information and took my name and address, which I provided in good faith, believing they were legitimate. and later the staff member was arguing with me that I was spitting on the road; as I have never engaged in such behavior. I asked him where I spitting and if he could show me there was no mark, he said we would check on camera and fine you if we found anything, and he left me; after a month, I received a letter. This was a big scam on innocent people. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the individuals involved in this fraudulent activity. It is unacceptable that citizens are being falsely accused and fined without any substantial proof. This not only undermines public trust but also subjects innocent people to undue stress and financial burden. Kindly help me. If anyone reading this has had a similar experience, could you advise me on how to file a complaint with higher authorities.

Low life scum bags, threatening innocent people and accusing them of know crime. My brother is suffers from mental health and when asked about the rubbish on the floor, which he didnt even know about, they aggressively stopped him and got his details and accused him of spitting on the floor. You should be ashamed of yourselves, we will take you to court and sue you. Your trying to pocket people money through dodgy schemes. The other persons review was correct. Idiots

I am going to sue you and all your staff members for harassing my cousin and holding his personal information while making false accusations. I will not stop until I take you to court. If anyone else is reading this, they are not council, they say they work for council but they are just private bodies who crawl through trash to find letters with your name and address so that they can hopefully scare someone who isn't informed (take advantage) and get their money. Report them to the police and file complaint at the court like I'm doing, for harassment. All of your dodgy staff members will be held accountable for this. Wait and see!
