Unplug the welder and temporarily hook the wires that go out of the switch under the same screws that feed the switch from the cord, bypassing the switch. Plug it back in and see if it works.While I wait on my parts for the Miller Thunderbolt 225V conversion to DC, here is my build on the Lincoln 225. The Miller build will follow the same guidelines. The first thing that I did even before the conversion, I got a set of Lenco LDC-50 quick disconnect, this by itself is a great time saver, with 50' of ground and stinger leads it gets very heavy.Re: Thunderbolt Cooling Fan.
