I'm not wanting to overbuild in this area and maybe using different gauge in different areas. It will have robust running boards/nerf bars to help keep the sides protected.I lock my trailer with a nice master lock tongue lock, a padlock on the normal hitch lock and a cheapy wheel lock on one of the wheels. I feel like they are there to keep the honest people honest. My foamie build came in at 372lbs. The Harbor Freight trailer weighs 253lbs. If you can come up with a lighter frame it could be done easy.
