When somebody park in my spot I raised a complaint and they say they're not using evidence from third party, not to mention the site has cameras and their sign say they can used that. On another hand when I forgot to put on my permit which I register with them they gave me fine. Totally feeling unprotected about my parking bay. Advise all land owners against using them. Just as low-tech and not ethicals like any others enforcement company. Shame on everyone who works here

Absolute disgrace of a company. Appealed my ticket and provided evidence to show I was parked with permission in the area I was. They just didn't care and still had me pay the charge. The whole company can get in the sea for all I care. Ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Just like most the reviews on here, DEL are another prime example of parking companies which issue fines and don't even care about the persons circumstances. E.g. It could be a life or death situation whereby you need to park somewhere and they still wouldn't give a monkeys! The "In house" appeals process is laughable and quite frankly a waste of everyone's time as all forums online state the same thing because its obvious that someone who works for the same company will have a biased view and never favour the appellant! The appellant is always guilty in their eyes whatever the circumstances. Furthermore the IPC who claim to be the Appeals Governing Body for parking companies is another example of a joke and are no different to the parking companies, all cons. How can a company give you the option to appeal but if you appeal you lose the right to the discounted price!? They try and dupe you into paying the fine straight away which actually probably works for most people, as you have a 0.1% chance of actually winning an appeal, you have a higher chance winning the Lottery. Avoid and don't bother wasting valuable time as they do not care!

horrendous and so unbelievably inhuman not a single moral bone in there body don’t bother appealing as they don’t care no matter what the circumstances are they only care about there money, don’t know how they live with themselves and don’t know how they sleep horrific company and horrible staff.

100 pounds penalty for riding a bike in a town. I can not understand that, penalty it is far too high. No verbal warning whatsoever!Try to be eco in the town! It seem that is just for taking your money for provision. It is not ethical behaviour.

Appalling company, clearly just want to make a profit regardless of the circumstance. I am a student and the carpark behind my house is monitored by District Enforcement (DE). I paid £300 to my landlord for a permit to park here and the day before the permit was available to collect, DE issued me with a £100 fine. After explaining this, they were not interested in my mitigating circumstances, even after I explained that I would have to arrange an overdraft just to make the payment; amassing a grand total of £400 I will have spent to park behind my own house. No compassion displayed during any part of the process. Seriously need to reconsider their policies. Really disappointed with this outcome of my appeal as after explaining that I in fact do have a permit and I cannot afford to pay another £100, they disregarded this and still demanded payment. It's not hard to implement goodwill into practice, if I had purposely evaded paying I would understand, but I did not and for that reason I am disappointed in this company as a whole. I would advise anyone to take further legal action after a dismissed appeal.
