It has a 13% chance to pen class four on the first shot and doesn't even do that much armor damage. It's good ammo sure but not really any better the 8.5.Flechette is overall the better round, but the low damage + spread makes it a little inconsistent. You generally never want to use normal buckshot or flesh damage slugs. Even scavs can spawn with class 4 armor, which makes your flesh damage ammo fairly useless compared to AP stuff which will shred right through class 4. 2.Instead of SuperFormance slugs, I would recommend using Flechette (31 pen power/ 26 armor damage) or AP-20 (37 pen power/ 65 armor damage) for effectiveness all around counting with enemies using good armor.
