Worst corrupted court through my own experience. BIAS judges will Always side with the government! The favouritism is astonishing every single judge! Clear transparent evidence with set precedent from past case law judges ignored! Disgusted by what i have witnessed in this court its unforgettable! Judges DISCRETION! Shove it where the sun dont shine! Read other reviews i let you be the JUDGE!

Astonishing how abuse becomes legalised in the hand of magistrates in this place. Is it lack of training or…..Not sure if they are unable to see the abuse or deliberately take favour to an abuser when there is title, gender, nationality and highly paid lawyer involved. Forget about child’s safety and welfare to be in consideration here. Absolute favouritism over a child’s welfare, health and voice.

This is their actual feedback and reviews for abusive dishonest unreliable unfaithful services. This Court JUDGES I have seen ever worst in UK. Almost majority of the JUDGES are in UK are Loyal and faithful into their PRIME ROLES. JUDGES behaviours was more lower than the street beggars. They earn money through to us because of booked Court hearing. This much worst dishonest I was so disappointed and till yet I remember that groups of abusive JUDGES insisted me together. I just followed CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU adviced. I was too young to realise what they did. Gradually gradually I have been learnt so many Services which was provided by the British Government CONSERVATIVE PARTY. Humane moral kind name totally fake faces. I was really ashamed upset because of my nonsense respect values for others particularly Council or others Services. Results outcomes is behind of the everything and Council also under their Services are seriously abusive. But JUDGES I knew very very highly qualified JUDGE highly educated but they created Crimes and let down court Clients. By luck never been I have seen their ugly fake faces anymore. I would be really appreciate to the BRITISH GOVERNMENT please fund wherever humans gets treating as a humans. The worst one had taken 4 dogs inside the Court hearing room. I got informed by the Clark that not been afraid also how nasty that Judge was. He always had been taken DOGS ALLOWANCE aswell by the Court behalf of us our Appealing. Dogs got our money Judge got our money, we was the main purposes but what we received plenty of insulting. The Groups of OLD MAN should to JUDGE what behaviours was they did with me. As I written poorer lower than the STREETS BEGGARS. This is JUDGING brought up big big DOGS inside the Court hearing room. I should to complaints and Court should to SUE that abusive rude cruel anger JUDGE. After my reviews immediately should to prevent CRIMES AND CRIMINALS because of Court hearing room DOGS or any kind of Animals shouldn't be allowed. Hope my truth actual real feedback reviews will be improve WATFORD COURT Services. Please mind attention to the DWP about my important feedback and whatever they behaved also breaches the LAWS. Very poor service. I have been trying to collect £34,000 on a judgment issued in 2019. Every time I pay to have the debtor attend court, I ask for a judge to be in attendance. So far, not once has a judge been there and the questioning is left up to a clerk with no legal training or background, and the debtors just say they cannot afford to pay, even though one of them makes over £75000 per year and the other is employed as well. On top of that they rent out 2 rooms in their house for £750 per month for each room and have just bought or built 2 apartment blocks in the Philippines, and spent several thousand pounds on an anniversary party back in the Philippines, but don't have any money. Since there isn't a judge in attendance, I cannot present my evidence to their spending, and I get no satisfaction.

Court has poor service and unprofessional staff. No one responds to emails promptly, this is a court they need to be taking people seriously. The admin staff make more mistakes in court documents.the tribunal complaint service is even worse they waste claim time further by making error in appeal documents. I requested my case to be bought to a sooner date as there was a potential medical foul play by a GP Dr but the tribunal team felt it doesn't need a sooner date.

They are 52 working days behind while a false claim against me is having bailiff action taken within a few days. Not the staffs fault, but the underfunding and understaffing is a joke and causing victims of rogue claimants serious distress. Filed a complaint on the .gov website and emailed the ministry of justice. Sent emails everywhere to try to get resolved. Desperately need judiciary intervention now as they didn't process my N244 after a month. Resorting to hounding them and several other email addresses to chase for justice to actually be served and for my case to be rightfully heard in court so i can defend it. The justice system is broken. If you can't afford a solicitor, if someone files a false claim against you, having a judge sort it out is a carnival of stress and prolonged processes

The judge said himself that there should have been a fact find but then carried on regardsless and ignored all the eviedence I had with me on the day. Resulting in a complete waste of over 2 years! absoulte joke!

No answer on phone, no reply to numerous emails. Told to re-submit documents - but not told what documents - How bad can it be? Very bad. Useless. Supposed to have a counter service you can book - but no details of how to book? Will probably say phone!!!
