Zero customer service and a council that just doesn’t listen. Their website is in need of desperate updating. I have tried to log my comments regarding a consultation and the website sends visitors round in circles, the same applies when needing to report anything via their online forms. They seem to have deliberately made it difficult for residents to contact them. These councils need to remember that they are working for the people paying their salaries through our taxes and they should be providing a service! They aren’t doing it out of the kindness of their heart!

Seemingly intent on destroying the character of Epsom and running it into the ground. Most of the roads around Epsom are riddled with deep pot holes but guess which road got unnecessarily resurfaced years ago - yep the road to the council offices. And any time I contact them about the rampant illegal parking near my house I get a generic response palming me off because they are clearly too busy to actually read my message.

We have been complaining for the last 4 years about the management of Rainbow Leisure centre sports hall bookings. The management is outsourced to GLL, but the council has an oversight. Some members are illegally booking badminton courts using booking software and selling the courts to non- members. Hope the Council will take this into consideration for the current tender evaluation process to award the management from 1 October 2025

Are you taking pride in knowing that Ewell and Epsom is known for home for travellers leaving s@it all over the place? Travellers on Scott's Farm Road has just returned for the 2nd time in 3 month! They destroyed what used to be lovely field from 15.07.24-10.08.24 and returned to do the same on 06.10.24, but hey, don't mind it, wait for a month or two and than just send council workers to clean after them once again (using our money) shall we wait for the 3rd wave? But, when someone builds a driveway without your permission, you are sending workers to put posts within few days, how hard is it to surround this field with posts to prevent this? I guess you do want Ewell and Epsom to become number 1 in travellers "go to" spot. Well done!

Absolutely fuming with these useless people. Zero stars if I could. The park near rosebank looks like it hasnt seen any gardeners since last autumn. Leaves everywhere and dangerous broken branches from the last storms we had a few weeks ago. Unsafe for dogs. Litter everywhere and broken benches. We pay a lot for our council tax and it would be nice to see what we actually get for it. I can't stand lazy people sitting at desks getting fat and not doing there jobs. There are 3 schools up rosebank and the roads are like what you'd expect from a building site. So many times I've seen children leaving school and falling over the uneven ground. But hey! I expect they will do something about that as soon as a child gets seriously injured or worse. Pull yourselves together council and just do your jobs right.

Absolutely terrible! I would give zero stars if possible. We complained about barking dogs and puppy farming at the Conifer Park site for months and months, sending endless reports as evidence through the noise app. The council did absolutely nothing about it. Recently, in addition to ongoing noise disturbance form dogs, the tenants at the site are playing incredibly loud music on a daily basis, sometimes late into the night, ruining our summer. When contacting the council, they ludicrously fob us off by saying we have to make noise logs for 3-4 weeks before they will act. Impossible to get through the responsible parties because they are never available via phone. Truly the worst service imaginable and would defund if it were possible! No competence, no consideration, absolutely NO HOPE.

If you report housing disrepair on your rental property to the council, they do not do nothing. Their employees are quite useless they also take part of your private landlords side. They also do not write any reports. It is time wasted!  I have damp and electrical hazard and rotten floor on the bathroom. I made a complaint to their office will see with what excuses they will come out. I will post here.

Feedback you wanted? Everything is so frustrating. Paying for council tax for example. Once you missed collecting dd, you send us straight to court. How about the quality of service you provide to the public? For example bin collections. Nobody seems to know how to help on the phone. And sometimes very rude to be honest. It’s lacking in so many points, I’m sure there is a lot more to add to the list.
