I regularly visit the Garratt Princess street Manchester and the security guard Jordan is on the doors. I would like to commend Jordan as he is the most friendly and welcoming person I’ve met. I am a young female student and often go drinking with my fellow young female student friends and Jordan consistently makes us feel safe and comfortable within the premises. I and many others feel we can approach Jordan with any issues we have and they will be dealt with immediately. He is amazing and should be praised for his brilliant work securing the safety of the bar.

I give 5 star to FGH it,s really good company. FGH Security is an absolutely brilliant company. They look after their staff really well. I say staff it's more like a family within the company. Everyone is looking out for each other as for the management team they are right there by our sides on the front line with total support and dedication. I don't think you would find a better company than FGH Security.

Attended the Lev 2 Door Supervisor course at the Manchester office for 4 days. Really impressed with the quality of the training and the professionalism of the trainers. All aspects relevant and useful, good facilities and a clear understanding of what was required. FGH appear to be s forward thinking company that invests in it's staff. Would highly recommend.

I've just done my first season with fgh on events and found all the staff from senior management to stewards and catering very friendly and helpful. There is always someone to assist at the hub or office and the on site supervisor team really look after you, this is the only company I know that not only offers free transport but also free meals at the events. This is definitely the most professional and customer service focused security company I have worked for in my 26 years in the industry.

I’ve been going to spar Oxford road for the past 5 months now. Mr Jordan Cornforth, is truly impeccable as his job as a security personal. Fgh Security provides security services across sectors. As a customer of a well known restaurant/bar in the area of Manchester I experienced the rudeness and lack of training of one of their door security supervisors. The door security supervisor was lacking of training to distinguish a person drunk, intoxicated or dizzy from nicotine effect. I am sure this type of job is difficult but especially when a place is no crowded a misjudgement is even more important. The overall meaning is that through my experience a customer of fgh security services must consider: a) the potential of misjudgement from fgh security personnel in really critical situations, b) reputations damage of their customers (if they care about them) and their venue. The company claims that “security is often the first and last people that customers interact with, so that experience needs to be positive, even when our team may be enforcing the house rules and policies” but unfortunately my experience was far from positive.
