If I could I would give 0 star! I had a speed ticket, speed limit was bloody 40,i drove 49 because I thought it was 50. Limits are ridiculously nonsense unrealistic unreasonable in this country. Anyways, paid the fine sent the letter with driving licence details to the police. 6 months later it turned out that they never received it, now take me to bloody court, they fined me for 379£! Why? Why are you so unfair? I have done my bit and paid for it already. It was not my fault that letter gone missing. Don't you know my license details anyway It's in the bloody system!!!!! Kids riding on their dirt bikes and quads all day around, no insurance and licence, that's fine, police don't give a fu....but you fine me and taking off the money from my family. Shame on you all! Shame on you all! Ferenc

Like so many others, my experience was that there was no-one available to answer the telephone. I have a simple enquiry which could be resolved by a simple telephone call but seemingly this is not possible. There are many reviews saying the same thing. I get the clear message that the public are being held in contempt by this Court as no effort has been made to change this situation.

Recorded message - "The telephones will be answered between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday". Except that they're not. If they're busy, have a message that says so. If it's Covid or pinging, change the message to say so. Why have Joe Public wasting their precious time repeatedly calling a number that no-one answers. Is there any accountability? Anyone checking up that this public service is actually provided?

Imagine being told to show up at 9:30 am for a hearing and waiting 4+ hours. Such a time waste and not to mention you're told to show 30 mins before your hearing actual jokers

Why does no-one ever answer the phone!! The automated msg states the phone will be answered between 9 & 3 then gives a few email addresses before cutting off the call! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ve been trying several times a day, every day for a week! Is anyone actually working there?! 😠

Arrived at court, very quiet, waited over an hour, one of the staff was watching a Starwars movie on his iphone. Try and get anyone to answer the phone, no one does, you can ring for 20 minutes. This is a place paid for by public funding, why is someone not taking care to improve this institution

I have a hearing soon been calling and calling sent 100 emails getting no response, awful people spoke to a lady on the phone who was an absolute cow and rude. Wish I don’t have to deal with them.
